Participation Agreement

    This agreement is between the advertiser ("you") and Love DMV, a division of AIRE ("we," "us") for placement of advertising on our shared community mailer delivered via USPS to your previously selected quantity of approximately 5,000, 10,000 or 15,000 households per drop in the selected mailing area.

    1. Payment and space

    Payment reserves your ad space. No space is held without payment. Payment is non-refundable once your proof approval deadline passes or the mailer goes to print, whichever comes first.

    2. Design and proof

    We work with you to create an ad that represents your business well. Using the materials you provide, we design your ad and send a digital proof for your approval by email, including up to two rounds of revisions to get the details right. If you do not respond by the stated deadline, we may proceed with the most recent proof as final. Additional revision rounds or changes requested after final approval may incur a design fee.

    3. Category exclusivity

    One business per category per card, reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis. Participating in one mailing does not guarantee availability in future mailings.

    4. Content submission

    You are responsible for timely submission of your business name, contact information, offer, logo, and any required disclaimers in usable format. Failure to submit by the deadline may result in removal from the mailer with no refund.

    5. Delivery

    Mailers are delivered via USPS to selected routes, reaching approximately 5,000 homes per drop. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by one to two business days due to USPS handling.

    6. Ad guidelines

    We reserve the right to reject any ad containing misleading claims, inappropriate content, or competitor conflicts. Ad content must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

    7. Results

    We make no guarantee of customer response, revenue, or return on investment. Results vary based on offer strength, timing, and market. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific mailer campaign.

    8. Acceptance and authorization

    By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement, and you authorize Love DMV to design, print, and distribute your advertisement and to charge the agreed amount for your selected ad space.
